Our plan sets incorporate advanced features such as Magnesium SIP Panel construction with a standard 1-hour fire rating (upgradeable) for the wall system enclosure. Combine that with Class A fire-rated roofing and you have a residence able to withstand fire on a much higher level than traditional stick-built construction methods while offering much greater energy efficiency as a bonus.

Each and every home design you see comes with a detailed design package outlining the materials and products we used throughout the design.
